Return and Exchange Policy

Because your satisfaction is our priority, we are committed to providing the best customer service experience.
You can easily return a product — all you need to do is contact our customer service within 3 days from the date you received your order.

Product Return Conditions

We offer a return policy that allows you to return your product within 3 days of receiving it.
Please note that the following conditions must be met for your return request to be processed successfully:
    •    The product can be returned only within 3 days from the delivery date.
    •    The product must be in its original packaging, unopened and unused.
    •    The product must be sealed and in its original condition as received.
    •    The store is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company. Refunds cannot be issued in cases of delivery delays caused by the courier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
    •    International orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
    •    Returns or exchanges are not accepted if the product is opened, used, or not in its original packaging. The store is not responsible for misuse or for results that differ due to individual hair or skin differences.
    •    Products cannot be exchanged in case of misuse or improper storage by the customer. Our products must be stored in a cool and dry place.

How to Return a Product

Important Note: Orders paid through Tabby or Tamara cannot be canceled after the payment has been completed.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and then process your refund accordingly.

Who Covers the Return Shipping Cost?
    •    If you received a wrong or defective item, we will cover the shipping and return costs.
    •    If the item is correct but you simply no longer want it, we are happy to assist with the return; however, the customer will cover the shipping and return costs.
    •    Orders placed through Tabby or Tamara cannot be canceled after payment completion.

How Will I Receive My Refund?
    •    If payment was made by credit/debit card, the refund will be issued to the same card used for payment. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your bank account after we process the refund.
    •    If payment was made by bank transfer, we will contact you to provide your banking details to complete the refund.
    •    If payment was made by cash on delivery, we will also contact you to obtain your bank details for the refund transfer.

Missing Item Complaints

We keep photos of all orders before packaging and shipping.
If you claim that an item is missing from your order, you must provide a video recording while opening the package.
Our team will review the footage:
    •    If the contents match the invoice, no replacement will be sent.
    •    If there is a confirmed mismatch, the missing item will be sent or compensated.

Seasonal Offers and Discount Codes

Orders placed during promotional periods, discount codes, or seasonal offers cannot be canceled after confirmation.
